Through the implementation of Quest ActiveRoles Server, the customer (a large construction company in the Netherlands) can execute all user-management tasks fast, cheaper and more efficient. Tiburon led the one-year project by providing the project manager.







October 1, 2009 Yearly check-up

A local insurance company and broker asked Tiburon to provide a quick-scan on the current infrastructure. The current infrastructure is about 3 years old, and the customer wanted to check whether or not all is still conform standards and meeting the business requirements (now and in the future). Tiburon together with RCSC provided the quick-scan and consultancy on this assignment.









July 1, 2009 Back in control

Tiburon successfully assisted IT-management of a large college in Amsterdam to get 'back in control' through the implementation of service-management and improving the maturity level of the organisation assuring the correct service-levels for this 40.000-ish user infrastructure.
